I know that my brain is not broken and never has been. Yet, I have felt a fracture in my connections. 

Kintsugi, or “golden joinery,” is a Japanese practice that sees damage and repair as a beautiful and essential part of an object’s history. Often, these objects become even more valuable after being repaired. 

Through FND, I have learned so much. Despite the suffering I’ve experienced, I know that today I have knowledge and strength I would never have had without this journey.  Now, I move forward one connection at a time, patiently, like weaving threads to mend and keep moving forward in life.
